Cleaning manpower & managed deployment.

Sending cleaners to a site is not the same as managing cleaning performance. MKM provides personnel within a defined commercial cleaning service, planned around workload, shifts, zones and agreed standards.

Managed operations

From supplied headcount to accountable cleaning delivery.

Operational outcomes

Connect people, scope and supervision to the result required.

01

Deployment planned from workload and operating hours, not headcount alone

02

Defined tasks, zones, responsibilities and escalation routes

03

Visible checks and reviews against the agreed commercial scope

Managed deployment

A practical operating model for each facility.

MKM considers how the site is used, when work can happen and what standard is expected before recommending a deployment. The same staffing assumption is not copied from one sector to another.
  • 01

Site survey, workload assessment and shift or zone planning

  • 02

Documented task schedules, frequencies and site-specific briefing

  • 03

Attendance and cover arrangements defined in the individual contract

  • 04

Appropriate supervision, inspection and reporting routes

  • 05

Equipment, consumables, storage and utility responsibilities

Output before headcountA deployment recommendation should begin with the work.

Area use, traffic, access, surface types, periodic tasks, client procedures and reporting expectations all affect the service plan. The proposal makes these assumptions and responsibilities visible.

How MKM delivers

From workload assessment to managed daily delivery.

01 · ASSESS

Understand demand

We review operating hours, zones, traffic, surfaces, access and service expectations.

02 · DESIGN

Plan deployment

Proposed roles, shifts, tasks, frequencies, controls and responsibilities are documented.

03 · MOBILISE

Prepare the service

Personnel, equipment, induction and operating checklists are readied for the agreed start.

04 · MANAGE

Supervise and review

Attendance, checks, reporting and approved scope changes follow the agreed management route.

Managed performance requires more than personnel on site.

MKM’s approach links people to a clear working plan, site briefing, defined supervision and a practical route for corrective action.

Useful answers

Before we build the service plan.

Can the team follow our shifts and site procedures?+

Client operating requirements are reviewed during assessment. Agreed working times and procedures are documented in the service plan.

Is supervision included?+

The appropriate supervision model depends on site size, operating hours and workload. It is stated in the proposal.

How is absence cover handled?+

Attendance and cover arrangements are defined for the individual contract and should not be assumed before the deployment plan is agreed.

Can personnel numbers change later?+

Changes in occupancy, operating hours or workload can be reviewed. Any adjustment is assessed and approved through the agreed commercial process.
